It is located in block C,. It is located on the second floor and has unobstructed panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Aguilas and the mountains.

The living room is 43 m2 including the open kitchens which also has a nice breakfast bar. The kitchen comes with everything in white goods. The living room has big glass doors covering almost the full width to the balcony. So possible to enjoy the amazing view.

The 2 bedrooms both have build in wardrobes and plenty of space for double beds,, also full width glass area and access to the balcony, they also both have en-suite bathrooms.

There is guest toilet.

As mentioned, both bedrooms and the living room have access to the massive 92 m2 terrace.

There is central A/ C with heating pump.

The complex has large communal swimming pools (also one for children), outdoor gym, recreation areas, playground. There is indoor parking.

5 minutes walk from the settlement there is a fantastic unspoilt beach overlooking the small island of "Isla del Fraile" and towards Aguilas.

The area is absolutely stunning, still Spanish - over 3000 years of history. Aguilas is a lovely port/seaside town with its own little castle and other sights. It is divided into 2, the mountain with the castle in the middle - from the air it looks like an eagle, the 2 bays forms the wings. This is where the name comes from when as eagle in Spanish is Aquilas.

There is everything you could dream of in the area, unspoilt beaches, plenty of opportunities
for short or long walks, 4 golf courses nearby and of course restaurants, supermarkets and shopping center.

Beaches: 5 min walk down the road and loads (35 in Aguilas alone) in just 10-15 minutes drive.
Cities: Aguilas 5-10 min., Murcia 60 min., San Juan De Los Terreros (Almeria)15 min., Lorca 35 min.
Golf: 4 in the area, the fantastic Aguilon golf course is about 15 minutes away.
Ski: Sierra Nevada is approximately 3 hours drive.
Yacht club: In Aguilas, so only 10 minutes.
