At Murcia Dreams, we deal with all matters openly and transparently. Small purchase tax fees may occur, as well as obvious running costs after everything is set up. However, we work very hard to keep everything within our customers’ price range so that there are no nasty surprises.
There are a few extra bits and bobs needed to get the buying process moving. This includes an NIE number, or a Spanish national insurance number, and a Spanish bank account. A lawyer is also a worthwhile investment, as they can help you handle all of the more complicated details.
