The resort was built to be one of the absolute best and most exclusive Golf resorts in the area with only 369 luxury villas and 319 luxury apartments. Everything is built to a very high standard and architecturally influenced by the area's Moorish history. All homes have central heating and central air conditioning. It is often referred to as the most exclusive golf resorts in the area. All villas have its own swimming pool and the apartment complexes nice large communal swimming pools with deckchairs. Like some other resorts, it is a gated community with 24/7 security.
The apartment complexes consist of 2 bedroom apartment with 1 or 2 bathrooms. The villas are on one level and all have a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living rooms are fantastic with a 5-6 meters high ceiling.
El Valle Golf resort is located at an altitude of 250 m up to the Sierra de Carrescoy mountains. This contributes to a great golf course and great views. From the restaurant you can, on a clear day, see La Manga and the Mar Menor.
The 18 hole golf course is designed by Jack Nicklaus, other facilities includes: gym, tennis court, padel tennis court, petanque court, numerous well equipped modern playgrounds, supermarket, bar, restaurant, golf shop, indoor playroom etc. Owners and guests also enjoy cycling in the area, both off and on road.

The owners have free access to the gym, communal swimming pools, tennis court, paddle tennis court - included in the community fees are also 24/7 gated security, TV and satellite TV.
At the clubhouse there are supermarket, golf shop, massage, restaurant and bar.
Cycling is also quite common activity both off and on road.
THE AREA.
Murcia has a fantastic motorway network. The entrance to El Valle Golf resort is only 1 km from the motorway network, so very easy to get around.
A large selection of beaches on 20 - 25 min, Murcia City 15 min and Cartagena 25 min. Murcia International Airport is just 10 minutes from the resort and Alicante Airport can be reached in 55 minutes.
In addition to the resort's supermarket, there are other shopping opportunities 5 min away, larger supermarkets are 15 min away. The resort has a great restaurant and there is a great selection of other restaurants from 5-15 min drive.
Murcia has over 2600 years of history, many places inland offer some amazing historical experiences. Murcia also has an excellent wine production, which can be reached in about 50 min (Jumilla).
If you want to go skiing in the winter, then you have amazing Sierra Nevada 3 hours drive away. The area also offers everything from rafting, diving, water skiing, quad biking, and cycling etc.
