We are happy to offer you the opportunity for an inspection visit. Together we will find your dream home, at the same time we introduce you to our beautiful Murcia region including insight to the magnificent lifestyle that awaits you. We are here to guide you from A to Z in your buying process.
What does an introductory tour look like?
Before you arrive, we will discuss your wishes, budget and preferences by phone, zoom or email. Based on your specific information we will make a list of selected properties which we think should fulfil your Murcia Dreams. Our Experiences show that your wishes and requests quickly become more specific which helps us focus on what’s important to you and your desired lifestyle.
We will also ensure there is time for you to visit a Spanish lawyer to answer all your legal questions and ensure you receive a simplified explanation on the legal side when purchasing a property in Spain.
The duration of an introductory journey
We estimate that a maximum of three days should be sufficient for your visit. Ideally, you will arrive in the morning at the airport in Alicante or Murcia. An English speaking employee will personally welcome you on arrival. All our employees live in the Murcia area. While we enjoy a relaxed refreshment, we discuss the itinerary, give you up to date information and begin your Murcia journey. You do not have to rent your own car for this, you will be accompanied around by us.
Accommodation / our service.
Transport to and from the airport, the introduction to our region and our guidance/information are of course total free of charge regardless of whether you buy or not.
Expenses for accommodation and meals are at your own expense, but we are of course helpful in finding you a hotel / suitable accommodation for your stay.
