Hacienda Riquelme opened in 2007 and is located in a beautiful, secluded countryside setting, yet still close to the beach, airports and other Murcia attractions.
It is located between Sucina and the Sierra de Carrascoy mountain range.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course provides wide fairways and plenty of space. Greens are relatively large but challengingly undulating, making your putting a difficult task. You play around in olive groves, with large lakes, so there are challenges for all.
The course is simply fantastic and is considered by many to be one of the best in the area. In the Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail description, it describes Hacienda Riquelme as a Championship Course and this perfectly describes this beautiful course.

The town centre is concentrated around the beautiful Hacienda Riquelme building from the 20th century, which has been stylishly renovated. Within here there is the fantastic restaurant El Cason which has been awarded "Certificate of Excellence" by TripAdvisor several times.
There is also a bar, golf shop and supermarket. During the summer months, there is another Italian restaurant and El Palomar.
